The mechanics, or physics, or both of a pun

I do not understand a paradox.

I do not understand a quantum.

I do not understand cats.

I certainly do not understand physics, philosophy, electricity nor most heavy scientific stuff.

But, I do recognize a pun that deserves to be a classic.
