Must FDR’s “vision” remain but a dream?  Unable to walk because of polio, 71 Years ago, US president FDR’s rhetoric soared. 

Everyone on earth, he said, deserves freedom of speech and worship, and freedom from want and fear.    

I guess that is asking too much.
